Tucuna Turismo is a travel agency specialized in sport-fishing tourism, acting as an intermediary between the client and partner lodges, and lodging, transportation and other providers needed for the fishing trip.
Bookings are confirmed after contact via WhatsApp, email or the website, followed by payment under the agreed conditions (upfront or per the accepted payment method, detailed on the Payments & Booking page). Prices, dates, availability and conditions for each package may vary by lodge, season and availability, and will always be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation, rebooking and refund policies may vary by lodge and package, and will be communicated to the client at the time of booking. We recommend confirming these conditions before making payment.
It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, to comply with agreed pick-up/transfer times, and to follow the safety guidance provided by Tucuna Turismo and partner lodges during the trip.
Tucuna Turismo works to ensure the best possible experience when organizing your trip, but is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions, force-majeure events, delays caused by third parties, or unforeseen situations during your stay at partner lodges.
The text, images, logos and other content on this website belong to Tucuna Turismo Fishing or are used with proper authorization, and may not be reproduced without prior consent.
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
